At the Capalaba Tavern we host cocktail parties, engagements, birthdays, corporate events and Christmas parties. We have our Terrace and Bistro areas, as well as the beautiful deck located off the Sports Bar consisting of a full bar, pool table, Nightlife music system, large covered smoking area, TAB and KENO facilities. There is a space to suit any occasion.

The House of Schnitzel
The iconic brand “House of Schnitzel” was established into the Capalaba Tavern in 2012 and has proven to be a successful hit. The House of Schnitzel is located at the front of the building. This space is available to cater for up to 160 people. The House of Schnitzel features a kids room that offers a playground, kids TV and games to keep the little ones entertained.
The Terrace
The Terrace is located off the front of The House of Schnitzel. This space can be used for a sit down dining experience or cocktail style event and can hold 50 people seated or up 60 cocktail style. If you have children attending a function, The Terrace is great option with the kids playroom right next door. The terrace is also great for meetings, Christmas parties, kids birthday parties, bridal showers and Christenings.
The Deck
The Deck, located just off the Sports Bar, is light and breezy in the summertime and heated during the cooler months. The Sports Bar offers a pool table, darts, ping pong table & a jukebox if you wish to use them. This is the ultimate location to hold your function, as our renovated deck offers a modern feeling with views of the bush lands. We cater for 20 - 160 people, for special events ranging from a business meeting to a wedding.
